1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkjili website located at https://pkjili.cam (the "Site") or any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with pkjili. Your use of the Platform, whether as a registered user or casual visitor, signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you access the pkjili Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The terms "you" and "your" refer to both the individual user and any entity on whose behalf the user may be acting.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with pkjili, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, customer support communications, and use of all Platform features. Failure to comply with any provision of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as permitted under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activities offered by pkjili. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

pkjili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within seven (7) days of request will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of account balance.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The pkjili Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. pkjili does not accept players from countries where online gambling is illegal, and attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy servers, or other masking technologies constitute a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming on the pkjili Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth demonstrating you are at least 21 years old
• Current residential address within the Philippines
• Active mobile phone number for account verification and communication

• Secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements

You may register only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. pkjili employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent multi-accounting.

2.4 Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)

pkjili is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, credit card images)
• Source of funds documentation for large transactions
• Selfie holding identification document for enhanced verification

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

Upon receiving such notification, we will take reasonable steps to secure your account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation. However, pkjili shall not be held liable for any losses incurred prior to receipt of notification regarding unauthorized access.

3.3 Information Accuracy

You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in your account profile. If your contact information, address, payment details, or any other account information changes, you must update your profile immediately. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays or denial of withdrawals, account suspension, or termination.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

pkjili accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter partners. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through third-party payment processors may be subject to additional fees charged by those processors. pkjili does not charge fees for deposits, but we cannot control or refund fees imposed by external payment providers or financial institutions.

You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or accounts not matching your verified identity are prohibited and will result in transaction reversal, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. pkjili aims to process withdrawals within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary depending on payment method, verification status, and transaction volume. First-time withdrawals and large transactions may require additional verification and documentation.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier and VIP status. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis upon request and submission of supporting documentation.

pkjili reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (typically defined as more than three withdrawal requests per day) or for withdrawals made shortly after deposits without sufficient gaming activity, as such patterns may indicate money laundering or fraudulent activity.

4.3 Wagering Requirements for Withdrawals

To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 deposit must generate at least ₱1,000 in total bet turnover before the funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to separate and additional wagering requirements as specified in Section 5 of these Terms.

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on the pkjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of transaction. pkjili is not responsible for losses due to currency conversion or fluctuations in exchange rates.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Offers

pkjili offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time of the promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Participation in any bonus or promotion is voluntary. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Failure to meet promotional terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "turnover requirements" or "playthrough requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" or "40x deposit + bonus").

For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place ₱30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

pkjili reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, and any other activity that provides an unfair advantage.

If bonus terms are breached, pkjili may confiscate bonus funds, void associated winnings, and reclaim any amounts already withdrawn. In serious cases involving fraud or intentional manipulation, legal action may be pursued.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

When playing with active bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies (typically ₱50 PHP per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower). Exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus wagering requirements are active constitutes a breach of promotional terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.

6. Gaming Conduct and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

pkjili is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on our Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and audited by independent third-party agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by the operator, players, or any external party.

6.2 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing to transfer funds to another player
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, or exploiting software bugs
• Card Counting and Advantage Play: While not illegal, advantage play techniques may result in game restrictions
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. Players will be notified of any corrections, and if a correction results in a negative balance, the player is responsible for repaying the difference.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

In addition to the gaming-specific prohibitions outlined in Section 6, the following activities are prohibited on the pkjili Platform:

• Impersonating another person or entity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the security of the Platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pkjili staff members
• Posting spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities when appropriate. pkjili cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving illegal activities on our Platform.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pkjili Platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, videos, game interfaces, and trademarks (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of pkjili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any Content without prior written permission from pkjili.

The pkjili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pkjili. Use of these trademarks without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The pkjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pkjili disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pkjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pkjili, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game results

In no event shall pkjili's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount of money you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is less.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pkjili and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or rights of a third party; (c) your use of the Platform; or (d) any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide to pkjili.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pkjili customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance department at [email protected]. We will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.

If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may seek mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, pkjili is also subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, and players may file complaints with PAGCOR's regulatory division if they believe pkjili has violated applicable gaming regulations.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pkjili.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

11.2 Account Suspension and Termination by pkjili

pkjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You provide false information during registration or verification
• You create multiple accounts
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• You engage in behavior that damages pkjili's reputation or operations

In the event of account termination for cause, pkjili reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including deposits and winnings, and to pursue recovery of any amounts owed to us.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You must discontinue all use of the Platform. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full force and effect after termination.
